Warranty Policy for Used Machines (Loaders & Excavators Applicable)
Warranty Period
The warranty takes effect from the date of equipment delivery and customer acceptance:
• Whole machine warranty: 3 months or 500 working hours (whichever comes first)
• Three core parts (engine, gearbox, drive axle): 3 months warranty
Warranty Coverage
We cover original factory quality failures caused by non-human factors and non-operational errors within the warranty period:
• Engine oil leakage, abnormal noise and insufficient power
• Gearbox shifting abnormality, weak power and insufficient pressure
• Front and rear axle differential and transmission faults
• Quality defects of hydraulic main pump and main control valve Free services during the warranty period: remote technical guidance, fault troubleshooting, spare parts replacement and video operation training.
Warranty Exclusions
• Normal wearing parts: brake pads, tires, bushings, pin shafts, seals, belts, filter elements, oil pipes
• Damage caused by improper operation, overloading, unauthorized modification and disassembly
• Damage caused by site collapse, water immersion, fire and external impact
• Faults caused by insufficient daily maintenance
• Cylinder scuffing, tile burning and locking caused by unqualified oil or insufficient oil/water
