We collect some FAQs to help you know better about our company, our capabilities, our products and services.

What brands of loaders do you supply for export?

We mainly export used wheel loaders of XCMG, Lonking, SDLG, Liugong, Shantui, Volvo, including 3ton and 5ton models with standard arm, extended arm and high-lift arm. Bulldozers are also available.

Are your machines well-tested before shipment?

Yes. Every unit will go through full inspection on engine, gearbox, hydraulic system, frame and electric circuit. We fix all potential faults, replace filters, oil and seals before export. All test videos and photos can be provided for your check.

Do you sell rolled-back hour meter or accident machines?

Never. We strictly refuse accident, water-damaged and over-repaired All working hours and damage records will be truthfully informed to clients.

Can I choose machines online without visiting your yard?

Absolutely. We support video call inspection, send detailed pictures, operation test video, chassis and engine close-up videos for your confirmation.

Will you refurbish machines for export? What’s included?

We offer standard export refurbishment: complete maintenance, oil & filter replacement, hydraulic system debugging, body cleaning, scratch touch-up painting, tire inspection and loose parts fastening.

Can I customize the refurbishment standard?

Yes. We support basic cleaning & maintenance, medium refurbishment and full cosmetic repaint according to clients’ budget and local market demand.

What’s your payment term?

We accept T/T telegraphic transfer. 50% deposit for preparation, full balance before loading container. Other terms can be negotiated for long-term agents.

Can I get wholesale agent price for bulk order?

Yes. For bulk orders or permanent overseas agents, we will offer competitive exclusive agent price and priority arrangement of stock.
