This unloader valve is dedicated air pressure control valve for loader air compressor, integral cast aluminum valve body, built-in pressure regulating spring, sealed piston and multi-channel air ports, integrating pressure regulation, unloading and exhaust functions. High-pressure air from air compressor flow into valve body. When air tank pressure reaches set value, piston opens automatically for unloading to make compressor run under no load; when pressure below threshold, unloading channel closes and restart air charging to stabilize vehicle air circuit pressure, guarantee stable air supply for brake, horn and air shift valve. Standard multi-channel air ports and thread adjusting screw universally fit air compressor of 5-ton loaders, standard replacement spare part for used loader air circuit overhaul. It can completely fix faults such as pipe burst caused by excessive pressure, weak brake due to insufficient air pressure and long-term full-load compressor wear, widely supplied for domestic repair shops and overseas mining complete machine refurbishment & export. Yes. Every unit will go through full inspection on engine, gearbox, hydraulic system, frame and electric circuit. We fix all potential faults, replace filters, oil and seals before export. All test videos and photos can be provided for your check.
